Seeking a skilled TIG Welder experienced in welding thin-gauge stainless steel and aluminum components with precision and attention to detail. This role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, performing high-quality welds, and ensuring all work meets industry and company standards.

8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay
$25.00 - $30.00 DOE
Job Duties
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components, ensuring precision and quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and verify completed welds for accuracy, strength, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in welding projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques, including welding thin-gauge metals.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in welding.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the work shift.
- Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel.
- Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience using additional fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and measuring instruments.
