Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease and prescribe corrective lenses
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships with a focus on quality care
• Collaborate with the existing team to ensure smooth operations during the transition period
• Optional: take on ownership responsibilities and lead the business into its next phase of growth
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry
• Current and active FL license to practice optometry
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in ownership (preferred but not required at start)
