Daily Responsibilities
- Perform eye exams and diagnose eye conditions
- Conduct visual field testing and tonometry
- Prescribe and fit contact lenses
- Perform refractive surgery evaluations
- Treat conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and cataracts
- Experience in Cornea or Glaucoma
- Ability to perform eye exams and diagnostic testing
- Knowledge of refractive surgery procedures such as LASIK
- Experience with electronic health records
- Strong surgical skills
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Experience as a scribe in an ophthalmology setting
- Knowledge of long-term disability evaluations
