Partners in Women's Healthcare, an independent private practice, is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Support Staff member (Check-In/Out & Appointment Scheduler) to join our team!
This position involves floating between our Lemoyne and Harrisburg locations. Are you the perfect addition to our team?
Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Checking patients in and out for their appointments
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Verifying Eligibility
- Updating our EMR System
- Misc. clerical tasks
- Taking patient payments
- Obtaining Authorizations when required
- Assist patients with scheduling outside appointments

Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Certificate from college or technical school with Two-years related experience
- High School Diploma with Two years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Environment / Working Conditions
- Work is performed in person in a medical practice environment. Involves constant contact with staff and the public. Remote work is not available.

- Partners in Women’s Healthcare follows the guidance and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)/ Pennsylvania Department of Health. Covid vaccines/boosters are preferred but not required.

- Lemoyne Office (with Occasional travel to Harrisburg Office)
