Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:

Partners In Grime Cleaning is looking for dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing cleaning services. As a cleaner, you will provide high-quality cleaning and sanitation services to residential and/ or commercial clients. You will be expected to deliver consistent, professional results with excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Must present owner with a criminal background check. No one with a criminal background will be accepted.
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Good physical condition - must be able to bend and lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for several hours.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will be required to travel between job sites
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to clients locations and perform a variety of cleaning tasks.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and office spaces
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture, blinds, and other surfaces
• Replenish cleaning supplies. Partners In Grime provides cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow customized checklists based on clients needs.
• Notify owner of any and all damages, safety concerns or repairs needed
• Ensure all equipment and cleaning products are used safely.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients.

Working Conditions:

• Travel to multiple locations during the workday
• May include evenings and weekends
• Exposure to various cleaning products and environments
• Fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 25 per week
