PARTNERS in Employment is searching for a Job Coach that will be responsible for helping an individual with a disability learn their job duties. This position is part-time with a varied schedule set around your availability. The work location will change but will by in Defiance and WIlliam Counties.

You must have a High School Diploma or GED as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Teaching or training experience is encouraged but motivation to learn and a kind personality are accepted in lieu of experience. There is mileage reimbursement available. Hours per week vary between 15-25 hrs.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
