We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our Senior Recruiter in identifying, engaging, and coordinating top talent. This is a temporary position, offering the opportunity to grow into a long-term role based on performance and business needs. The Sourcer will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating interview processes, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the Senior Recruiter to source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess skills and qualifications.
• Manage outreach efforts, including phone calls, email correspondence, and LinkedIn messaging, to engage potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the recruiting team.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the Senior Recruiter with administrative recruiting tasks as needed (job postings, pipeline reports, assessments and scheduling).
• Uphold a positive candidate experience by always ensuring clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related administrative/talent acquisition role (internship or agency experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Comfortable making phone calls and conducting initial candidate outreach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
