About the Role
We are a busy radiology practice seeking a reliable, friendly team member to assist with patient calls and general front office duties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist patients with scheduling, directions, and basic questions
- Provide support to the front desk team as needed
- Help with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office or call center experience preferred (but not required – we will train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers and multitasking
