POSITION: Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance
STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours / week
SCHEDULE:9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday
LOCATION: Wilkinsburg, Travel to any Milestone site locations as needed
Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance provides strategic and operational leadership to uphold the highest standards of quality management, compliance, and performance improvement across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing outcome-based metrics that drive measurable improvements in the quality, value, and safety of services and supports. The Senior Director will lead and oversee the quality assurance team while collaborating closely with the Partners For Quality (PFQ) Executive Team, as well as Milestone staff at all levels, to strengthen organizational capacity for excellence in care. The Senior Director will be responsible for developing, organizing, and leading various process improvement activities such as training, coaching, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. In alignment with the PFQ Quality Assurance Executive Leaders' initiatives and practices, the Senior Director conducts ongoing evaluations of Milestone's organizational needs and promotes a culture of accountability and innovation. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with all accreditation standards and applicable county, state, federal, and regulatory requirements, while safeguarding the organization's integrity and effectiveness. The Senior Director will also develop, manage, and oversee all policies, procedures, and practices across the agency.

Qualifications:
- Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances
- Complete and maintain DHS Medication Administration Certification within first year
- Complete and maintain ODP's Certified Investigation Training within first year
- Obtain and maintain Quality Management Certification Program
- Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years' work experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Administration, or the human services field.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in operations as a supervisor/manager/director with responsibility for providing services and/or supports for individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, autism, and/or serious mental illness.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines for programs, finance and quality assurance is necessary.
- Proficient with development, use, training, and electronic health records system, dashboards, database and analytics software
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
