Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Energy Auditor to join our Weatherization team. This position plays a critical role in improving energy efficiency in homes across our service area by performing audits, inspections, and ensuring quality control in accordance with state and federal weatherization program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits in residential settings using diagnostic equipment and software tools
- Prepare detailed work orders, customer agreements, and project documentation
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers; provide energy education and manage expectations
- Collaborate with field staff to ensure quality workmanship and address any discrepancies
- Perform final inspections and authorize correction of deficiencies as needed
- Follow guidelines set forth in the Weatherization Manual and Field Guide
- Support team members during absences or as directed by supervisor
- Assist in selecting homes for weatherization and collaborate with other housing programs
- Participate in training, meetings, and required certifications
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, staff, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Experience or education in construction, home inspection, energy efficiency, or related fields
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn energy auditing tools, software, and modeling programs
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications in the field
- Physically able to navigate homes (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record
- Ability to lead and train team members when needed
