Job Description
We currently have exciting contract opportunities for Production Laborers at one of our top clients in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
We are hiring for open positions and seeking entry level candidates that are available to work any shift.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Completing duties in a Factory Type Environment
· Operation of hoist and compactors
· Moving material up and down stairs, stacking, prepping and breaking down boxes
· General housekeeping and sanitation duties
· Weighing, packaging and labeling material
Site Location: Ft. Smith, Arkansas
Shift Hours: 12 hour shifts
Pay Rate:
$8.75/ hour - general production
$9.25/hour - handlift operator
$9.75/hour - forklift operator
$10.75/hour - machine operator

Qualifications
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds.
· Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, kneel, and crouch.
· Flexible work style and team player attitude.
· Willing to adapt to new job functions based on business needs.
