Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound I for one of our top clients in Irving, TX
As a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound I placed with Kelly Services, you will handle incoming calls orders, inquiries, complaints, etc. ; place outbound calls regarding account status, complains, account collection, etc. and direct calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Work significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims.
Job Requirements:
Good Customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work 6-7 days per week including evenings and weekends for Catastrophic events
HS Diploma/equivalent
