Partnered Management Group (PMG) is a hands-on partner for small to medium-sized businesses, covering project and operations management, financial, creative, and technical execution.
We are looking for a driven, self-directed sales professional to join the team and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Role Overview
This is a full-cycle business development role. You will own the entire process from initial outreach through close. You will work closely with the founder and have full support on messaging, positioning, and strategy. The expectation is that you can identify the right opportunities, build genuine relationships, and bring deals across the finish line.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Run discovery calls to qualify and understand prospect needs
- Present PMG's services and clearly articulate the value we bring
- Negotiate and close service agreements
- Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Identify and develop referral and partnership channels
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record generating pipeline and closing deals in a B2B environment
- Experience selling consulting, agency, or service-based offerings
- Comfortable owning a full sales cycle independently
- Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport naturally
- Self-motivated and accountable — you take ownership of your results
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, competitive commission rates, and performance accelerators.
