Join a company where your ideas move fast, your expertise makes a difference, and your impact lasts.National Sales Representative -  About the roleThis person is responsible for the marketing and sale of water treatment solutions to existing and prospective accounts in a variety of industriesWhat you'll doMaintain existing customer base in accordance with current service level agreementsWork with the management team to establish selling strategies and tactics which, result in new account business generationOwn and set account plans/goals/priorities for customers, both short and long-termManage and own the overall account relationship with customers. Sales Reps are the "face" of the company to the customerQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least five 15 years of successful technical sales or B2B sales experience in the industrial water treatment spaceA deep working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is absolutely requiredThe company prefers individuals who either have or can quickly attain a CWT certificationProfessional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstaclesAbility to work autonomouslyCompensation & Benefits: Fully customized comp plan which includes Base Salary Commissions (Based on Gross Profit) Bonus for every candidate based on several factors including but not limited to your territory, track record of success, future book of business, revenue generation potential etc.  * Once your book of business is built in your territory (Typically 2 - 3 years) your comp plan will convert to a "commission only" model where you make a higher % of every deal you close.  Monthly Expense account -Gas- Travel etc. Full Benefit package is also offered!!Excellent Growth PotentialCan grow with Multiple Six Figure Income.Company DescriptionGreat reputation and high employee morale!
