Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients (phone and in-person)
Assist with policy changes, payments, and general account support
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity
Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on additional protection options
Provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Assist the sales team with client follow-up and administrative support
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Property & Casualty License OR willingness to obtain
13 years of customer service or insurance experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable handling a high volume of client interactions
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to work in-office (hybrid flexibility available after training)
