Partner Industrial is accepting resumes for the position of Maintenance Scheduler.
Job duties consist of detailed work scheduling, work progress tracking, backlog management for soft civil crafts both in Capital and Maintenance environments in addition to other roles prescribed that support the business. This role requires developing and maintaining professional relationships with various contract providers and our client at all levels. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must in this role. This individual must have the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a demanding and time sensitive environment. SAP experience is a must.
Ideal candidates should possess the following skill set/traits:
- Understanding of the Maintenance work order flow
- Understanding of backlog management
- Understanding of the principles with work scheduling
- Strong and existing understanding of SAP.
- Knowledge of Viziya is a plus. Demonstrating your ability will likely be requested for selected candidates.
- Well organized
- Extremely dependable with attendance and managing lost time
- Detail oriented
- Forward thinking / Critical thinking
- Communicate well by email, by phone and in person
- Ability and willingness to professionally follow up, ask questions, check progress, and other critical work execution skills for the best interest
