What You’ll Do:
As a Business Development Representative at Partner Fr8, you will be responsible for bringing in new freight opportunities and building strong relationships with shippers. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, earning their business, and making sure they get consistent, reliable service. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure every opportunity is aligned with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and contact potential shippers through calls, emails, and referrals
- Identify freight opportunities and present solutions that meet customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding
- Maintain and grow your customer base through regular communication
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate handoff and alignment
- Address any service-related issues by liaising with the appropriate internal teams
- Keep activity and updates organized in our CRM
- Seek out opportunities to expand existing accounts and add new ones
