Role Description Looking for an experienced construction Estimator for a a full-time, on-site role based in East Hartford, CT. Applicants are encouraged to have knowledge of QuickBid and On-screen software, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have at least 3 years of estimator experience (drywall preferred).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare competitively priced take-offs
- Analyze RFPs from general contractors
- Must have a strong ability to review project drawings and specifications
- Identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements to prepare cost estimates
- Process costs for change orders
- Work with project managers to delivery quality products
