What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite construction Assistant Superintendent position at Partitions Contracting?
Partitions Contracting is searching for candidates to fill several Assistant Superintendent positions it has available in its ground up division.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance in onsite supervision for ground up projects.
Must be able to read construction blueprints and ensure applications are being installed correctly.
Make sure job site is clean and all trades are adhering to OSHA protocols.
Mostly days, but some nights, and weekends are needed depending on schedules.
On the job training provided for the right candidates.
Qualifications
Some college or trade school preferred.
Must be able to use standard applications like Microsoft project, excel, word. outlook, etc...
Must have some experience in the construction industry from a hands-on application. electrical, concrete, framing, roofing, etc..
Procore, OSHA 30, NPEDS (Blue Card) are all a plus
