Role Description
This part-time, on-site Construction Project Supervisor role is based in Winter Park, FL. You'll manage and supervise residential construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective completion while upholding our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project progress, coordinating subcontractors and workers for seamless execution.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently, maintaining schedules and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with clients and the project manager to align progress with expectations.
- Manage materials, equipment, and resources to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Some knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee subcontractors and workers effectively.
- Proficiency in construction tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and clear communication skills for clients and teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous experience in construction project supervision or site management required.
- Capable of on-site work in Central Orlando and nearby regions (within a 2-hour drive from Orlando, FL), including areas like Winter Park, Deltona, Cocoa, Melbourne, and Palm Bay.
- Reliable mode of transportation required (car allowance provided)
