Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Construction Project Supervisor based in Winter Park, FL. The Construction Project Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, maintain project timelines, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, supervising team members, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring project goals and budgets are met. The supervisor will also be responsible for problem-solving on-site to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, Site Supervision, and Construction Planning
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills to manage subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Availability to work on-site in Central FL, with reliable transportation
- Experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus
