Job Summary
We are a growing hospitality group operating three hotels in South Carolina. With ownership focused on strategic growth, we need a reliable, self-driven administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative and compliance needs of our hotels which will be remote along with occasional onsite visits.
This is a high-trust, independent role. You will be the primary point of contact for insurance, licensing, government filings, vendor bills, and financial tracking. If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple properties with minimal oversight, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel insurance policies, renewals, claims coordination, and required documentation across all three properties
- Track and fulfill brand standards and requirements set by hotel franchise or flag agreements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with city, county, and state licensing, permits, and regulations
- Coordinate government and regulatory filings including health and safety inspections and annual permit renewals
- Process invoices, pay vendor bills, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Oversee recurring utility accounts and vendor service contracts, flagging discrepancies or overdue items
- Maintain organized digital records for all three properties and provide regular status updates to ownership
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between hotel staff, vendors, government agencies, and ownership
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations coordinator, or office management role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks — this is required, not preferred
- Strong knowledge of business compliance, licensing, or insurance administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently without day-to-day supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habitsPreferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or property management industry
- Familiarity with hotel brand standards and franchise compliance requirements
- Located in or near Charleston or Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (remote but preferred proximity for occasional on-site needs)
- Experience supporting a multi-property or multi-entity business
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work location: 100% remote with occasional hotel visits
