What you will be doing
Deliver exceptional guest service while professionally setting up, serving, and clearing banquet events.
Ensure event spaces are prepared to company standards, creating a welcoming and polished experience.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with attention to guest needs.
Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to execute seamless events of all sizes.
Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout each event.
Position Requirements
Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or lift up to 25–50 lbs throughout shifts.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
