Bio-Medical Equipment Service Co. is seeking a quality-focused Biomed - Electronic Technician to join our in-house depot team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair of equipment for medical facilities throughout North America. This role requires a trustworthy and driven team player to help us fulfill our mission to keep equipment healthy for patient care. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, repair, and calibrate a comprehensive range of medical equipment and devices down to the component-level Refurbish used medical equipment, systems, and instruments for resale Provide customer-centric technical support/solutions to clinical health providers Collaborate with internal teams to assist with company goals and objectives Drive continuous improvement on yields, work in process, NPF reductions, quality and efficiency through continual learning Maintain compliance to BMES policies and Quality Management System Maintain clean, safe work area and properly discard scrap materials Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma and technical school certificate/training/degree, or equivalent work experience Basic understanding of electronic and mechanical components Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical service manuals and training guides, including small print Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to independently perform duties and make decisions based on education and experience Ability to operate a Windows PC with cloud-based software Ability to complete required service and repair documentation Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Willingness to build trust with fellow team members, produce results, and accept ownership of your responsibilities, performance, and actions Willingness to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Benefits & Perks  Competitive compensation package with salary, incentives, company ownership/equity, and comprehensive benefits (401k match, health, college debt reduction, and more!)
