Freelance Digital Producer

Part 4 is looking for a Freelance Digital Producer to join our team!  You’ll be an integral member of the Project Management department and manage some of the biggest entertainment brands in the world.  You can flawlessly manage multiple medium to large digital campaigns across a variety of platforms – ads, social, websites, 3D AR/VR –  and successfully build relationships with clients that grow into lasting partnerships.

You anticipate needs, find good communication invaluable, and multi-tasking energizes you to produce your best work. You are in tune with the latest social media trends and love watching movies and TV shows. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Independently and confidently manage medium to large digital projects with little oversight from management 
• Develop a strong understanding of currently unknown digital production pipelines offered by Part 4 including digital ads, paid/organic social, websites, 3D AR/VR and pitch decks 
• Collaborate with senior producers on larger project initiatives as assigned throughout all phases of a campaign. 
• Develop project scope and timelines with high accuracy and collaborate with management on budget and SOW generation.  
• Identify risks and maintain a baseline status of projects and communicate opening with project leadership. 
• Maintain close communication with clients and keep them up to date on all campaign related matters – kickoff, scope definition, key milestones, weekly status meetings, project concerns, shifting timelines, delivery and project wrap-up.  This includes in-person meetings that require presenting a professional demeanor and confidence to complete all requests.   
• Lead internal marketing objectives including idea generation / management of Part IV social media content, including campaign reels as projects wrap. 
• Synthesize ideas from brainstorming sessions into a formed document that the larger team can review. 
• Manage campaign logistics including asset ingest, setting up projects with all P4 PM platforms, organize team & client meetings, QA all creative of quality & accuracy, and prep assets for delivery. 
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 3 years experience working in a fast paced, ever changing environment at an agency or studio.  Entertainment experience is a plus 
• A passion for all things digital and an innovative spirit to pave the future of what is possible within the digital space 
• Capable of multitasking and self-managing while remaining extremely organized and detail oriented
• You anticipate campaign needs, always have a plan, and are one step ahead of the client and internal team 
• Exhibit a calm and professional manner at all times and when under pressure, you can think quickly, accurately, and tolerate a high level of stress
• Excellent follow up skills using clear, open, and honest conversation 
• A work style that strives to go above and beyond expectations and be a top performer within the company and the industry. 
• Able to maintain multiple projects and flawlessly shift priorities at multiple points throughout the day
