Assistant
Part 2: The Early Years is seeking an afternoon Assistant Teacher to join our team! The shift's hours are at least from 2:00-6:00, but could possibly grow to more hours, even full time hours if needed in time. Responsibilities include supporting children through the transition into the afterschool and working with other teachers to implement afternoon activities and routines until closing. Applicants must have at least one year of experience working with young children and must have completed or at least be signed up for Fundamentals in Early Education, OR one 3 credit college course related to child development (Intro to Psych counts!), OR or a CDA. The ideal candidate will bring experience and confidence while remaining open to being flexible to work within a team.
