Meeting & Event Manager (Full-Time, Remote)
Part 2 Events, a full-service meeting and event management company, is seeking a Meeting & Event Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as a primary client liaison and lead planner for corporate and association meetings.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in meeting and/or convention planning and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a remote work environment.

· 5 years of meeting or convention planning experience
· Strong expertise in end-to-end event management
· Proven experience with budget development, reconciliation, and ROI analysis
· Proficiency in BEO development, audiovisual, production, and event design
· Experience with Cvent (event websites, registration, reporting, and mobile apps)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Ability to travel up to 25%
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. onsite as needed
· Lead planning and execution of meetings and events (25–1,500 attendees)
· Serve as primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
· Develop and manage budgets, including reconciliation and ROI reporting
· Oversee BEOs, production, AV, and all event materials
· Build and manage event platforms in Cvent, including reporting and analytics
· Coordinate travel logistics, rooming lists, and registration reporting
· Manage sourcing, site selection, and contract negotiation
· Oversee event materials production (badges, signage, collateral)
· Track and report cost savings for clients and programs
· Salary commensurate with experience
