Job Description:

Parsons is now hiring an Exercise Planner with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Strong familiarity of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level
- Ability to take an exercise from the concept phase, plan the exercise, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation brief
- Demonstrate aptitude to apply the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) stages to exercise requirements
- Be fully versed in the application of Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Proficient in the management of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) and Army Training Information Management System (ARTIMS)
- Experience supporting and managing an exercise budgetwith multiple funding streams
- Working knowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain Operations
- Valid U.S. Passport; ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Active Secret Clearance
Required Education/Experience:
- 9 years relevant experience; 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelors
- Graduate of a Command and General Staff College
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to convey complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
- 8 years of experience at the brigadelevel or above
- Previous experience supporting an INDOPACOM or US Army customer
