Parsons is looking for a talented Technical Contracts Specialist to join our growing team! In this role you will get to work side by side with Government COR as a SETA.
What You'll Be Doing
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $148,300.00 - $266,900.00

Job Description
Parsons is looking for a talented Technical Contracts Specialist to join our growing team! In this role you will get to work side by side with Government COR as a SETA.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review contract financials, burn rates on contracts, review invoices, FHMRs, and other financials.
- Initiate SOW/PWS for contracts and requirements writing.
- Requirements Management including Designation, Analysis and Validation.
- Review white papers and acquisition documents.
- Help the COR with PMRs
- Review and track acquisition schedules and milestones.
- Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience. Additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree.
- Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph
- Experience in financial management including EVM or FHMRs, resource allocation, requirements management, stakeholder management, and acquisitions/procurement management.
- Experience managing contracts either as a Government COR, Government Contracts Specialist, Government PM, Contracts PM, Contracts DPM, Contracts Task Order lead.
- Ability to analyze and validate requirements, requirements writing, understand acquisition requirements, validate white paper requirements, and financial analysis related to requirements, read, write, and understand PWS/SOW.
- Excellent at communications (both written and verbally) and team work.
- Working in an intense but rewording culture.
- Must be independent and manage themself yet take direction as required by government.

- Must be great at problem solving.
