Vaxcom Services LLC (a Parsons company) is looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage and lead a high visibility program which is comprised of a small team of technical experts who deliver a safe work environment at locations both in CONUS and OCONUS.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a dynamic security program with Clients and company equipment located in the WMA, other domestic sites and overseas.
• Leading a small group of technical personnel, who oversee these diverse portfolios of equipment and Client requirements.
• Direct daily supervision of three field technicians including their scheduling, travel coordination, and other required administrative needs.
• Providing direct logistics support and oversight to the program by performing both tactical/operational logistics responsibilities including procurement, inventory management, and equipment shipment.
• Serving as the Vaxcom program Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Client to include assisting with various administrative and operational taskings. This will include regular program updates/briefs to the Client.
• Interfacing, as needed, with the Vaxcom corporate team to ensure proper coordination on programmatic elements of the contract including financial requirements.
• Participating on the Vaxcom corporate leadership team.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Program management skills with at least three years supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Bachelors Degree in any discipline and at least 10 years or 14 years experience in lieu of degree
• Active and current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills to include oral, written, and interpersonal.
• A strong understanding of technical security programs and commercial resources available.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle late breaking issues quickly and efficiently at the lowest level.
  
  
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

• PMP Certification.
• Master's Degree in any discipline, or 10 years experience working on a technical program for an IC agency.
• Program management experience on a contract with the Client.
• Experience in working with explosive detection and other force protection screening equipment to include personnel and vehicle screening tools.
  
  
  

Security Clearance Requirement

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
