In this role you will support procurement and outreach functions through market research, contract administration, and vendor engagement. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring informed decision-making, robust market participation, and full contract compliance across capital projects and operational procurements. The ideal candidate will blend analytical capabilities with administrative precision and a strong understanding of public procurement practices and market trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Public Administration.
- 5 years of experience in market analysis or contract administration.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Familiarity with public procurement regulations.
