What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with project financial tracking, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Help prepare and update financial reports, dashboards, and summaries for project and management teams
- Support review and reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, and other project cost documentation
- Conduct basic data analysis on project costs, trends, and key performance indicators
- Help maintain organized financial records and support internal controls and audit readiness
- Assist with ad hoc financial research, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives
- Enrolled through Summer 2026 and into Fall 2026 in an undergraduate or graduate program such as:
- Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
- Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, basic analysis and charts) and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in working with financial data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in finance or accounting within the context of large infrastructure or transportation projects
