The Field Service Manager (FSM) manages all on-site activities, ensures equipment is working properly and is properly set up and maintained.

Salary Range: $30.58 - $53.51

Parsons is looking for a Field Service Manager to join our team!
The Field Service Manager (FSM) manages all on-site activities, ensures equipment is working properly and is properly set up and maintained.
Responsibilities
- This position is accountable to ensure project layout is executed appropriately and that client requirements are met.
- This role will require practical and field expertise to determine the proper methodology for efficient construction, including the coordination of constructions activities, oversight of subcontractors, and in-field decision making.
- The installation, operation and decommissioning phases of each project require skills associated with the construction industry and may include manual labor, heavy lifting, and equipment operations.
- Heavy travel and overtime are to be expected.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or construction-related field and typically 3 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience.
