What You’ll Do

Reporting to a Department Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our production process. In this role, you will:

• Use blueprint reading and precision measuring instruments to ensure high-quality output
• Operate various production equipment and machinery (with training provided)
• Learn and/or utilize forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Support efficient manufacturing practices and help us meet customer and production goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve problems and improve processes

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates at all experience levels. Training is provided for entry-level roles.

Preferred skills and qualifications (varies by position):

• Interest in or experience with manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or machining
• Ability to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work safely
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift as required
• Reliable transportation to Roanoke, IL 61561
• Be on time and at work daily as scheduled: Must have great Attendance
• Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment test

• Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Roanoke, IL 61561 before starting work (if not local)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.30 per hour
