Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
