Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Parshall. This role handles inbound phone and email activity, assists with scheduling appointments for our sales team, manages customer accounts across multiple software platforms, and contributes to inbound sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending services.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a positive, professional experience for every customer—from the first inquiry through service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for all divisions.
• Schedule estimates and appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Address customer questions, resolve issues, and provide detailed service information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional or complementary services (cross-sell and upsell).
• Use Parshall’s CRM, industry-specific softwares, Google Workspace, and more for accurate data entry and account management.
• Collaborate and connect with Sales, Scheduling, Operations, and Division Leaders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Assist with follow-ups, renewals, and satisfaction checks to promote long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related administrative role.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software (experience with service-based systems preferred).
• Understanding of sales principles, including upselling and cross-selling.
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Compensation
$18-23 per hour, based on experience, plus commission opportunities.
