Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration is seeking an Expansion & Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our organization.
Over the past 18 years, we have built one of the leading hair restoration practices in the United States, with offices in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, and San Diego. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented professional who enjoys building systems, opening new locations, developing teams, and helping organizations scale.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on projects that include:
• New office development and expansion
• Recruitment and team building
• Operations and process improvement
• Marketing and growth initiatives
• Financial reporting and business planning
• Strategic projects across multiple locations
The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-minded, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and excited about helping a growing healthcare organization reach its next level.
Location: Woodland Hills, California (travel required)
Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 plus benefits
