Responsibilities Duties:
- Welcome guests in with a warm greeting and uncommon hospitality (e.g., opening doors).
- Answer phones with a smile, and guide guests through the ordering experience.
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
- Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift.
- Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team.
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively help with picking and trash.
- Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team.
- Run food and drinks to guests’ tables and offer refills/to-go supplies whenever needed.
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
- Help teammates out wherever possible.
- Learn something new everyday.
