Responsibilities Duties:

• Welcome guests in with a warm greeting and uncommon hospitality (e.g., opening doors).
• Answer phones with a smile, and guide guests through the ordering experience.
• Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
• Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift.
• Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team.
• Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively help with picking and trash.
• Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team.
• Run food and drinks to guests' tables and offer refills/to-go supplies whenever needed.
• Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.
• Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
• Help teammates out wherever possible.
• Learn something new everyday.
