Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant products and services to enhance client protection.
- Process applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help people and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a professional office setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
