Job Title: Wholesale – Billing and Office Specialist
Reports To: Donn Grant
Location: Lyndhurst, VA
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
This position has typical work hours Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 5:00PM
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain filing system
- Manage and order office supplies
- Post invoices to accounting system
- Assist with accounts payables as needed
- Post customer payments
- Process monthly statements
- Manage customer accounts
- Assist with National Account processing
- Any other duties assigned by the store manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience as administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, time management and task prioritization
- AS400 experience preferred

Required Physical Abilities:
Physical requirements of this position may require a range of activities. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Lifting and carrying – the ability to lift and transport objects of specified weights, which may vary by job. For example, a job may require lifting up 25-50lbs regularly.
- Standing and walking – this position will require standing and walking for periods of time
- Bending and stooping – bending, stooping, or crouching are requiring to effectively preform essential duties of this position.
- Reaching and pushing/pulling – the ability to reach for items, push carts, or pull equipment will be necessary for daily activities.
- Sitting – there will be times this position will be needed to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- This position will also be required to operate certain machinery and other equipment safely.

Salary : $20 - $24
