Facility Maintenance
- Perform and coordinate maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and structural components.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify safety or maintenance concerns; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate vendor services for specialized facility repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain grounds and exterior areas to ensure a safe and presentable environment.
Equipment Maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on operational and support equipment such as tools, machinery, and vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently to reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records for all equipment.
- Assist with installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment.
Regional Oversight
- Travel to assigned facilities within the region to perform maintenance and support local teams.
- Develop and maintain standard maintenance schedules and procedures across all sites.
- Support facility managers and site leads in developing budgets and maintenance plans.
- Ensure all locations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain and promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in facility and/or equipment repair.
- Experience supporting multiple sites or locations strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficient with maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certification a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or work on ladders for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50–75% of the time).
- Work may include indoor/outdoor environments and occasional exposure to noise, dust, or chemicals.
Typical Schedule
Full-time, typically Monday–Friday, with availability for emergency calls or weekend work as needed.
