Part-Time Retail Associate
Parrish RV & Boat Bait & Tackle is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in fishing, boating, or outdoor retail.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones promptly and courteously
- Restock merchandise, including store shelves, soda coolers, and bait freezers
- Maintain store cleanliness, including emptying trash and general upkeep
- Perform light filing and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and communicate with management as needed
- Open and close the store, including setting ADT alarms
- Maintain the car wash area (pick up trash, empty bins, keep bays clean)
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and fill-in shifts as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail experience (especially with fishing or boating products) is a plus
