What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Parrish Construction Group Inc?
Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility of this position is to assist the Staff Accountants on a daily basis with the processing of pay requests, invoices, and other project related items
- Other duties include:
- Assist Compliance Managers as needed with subcontractor compliance items; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the scanning of subcontractor compliance materials
- Assist CFO as needed
- Assist Accounts Payable Specialist as needed; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the collection and processing of monthly credit card reports
- Assist in duties as assigned

- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Represent Parrish in a professional manner in action, appearance & attitude
Job Requirements:
- Language Skills -
- Team Member must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Other Skills and Abilities Needed -
- Ability to proficiently operate a computer and work with specific computer software such as: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Candidate must have excellent attention to detail
- Accounting background is preferred
