Pay: $99,964 - $123,485 annually
Location: Fife, Washington
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm
The Window Installation Manager is responsible for a value-added enhancement to the window division along with working in conjunction with the sales team for profitable and sustainable growth.
The Window Installation Manager is responsible for utilizing the company's FACE values, mission, and vision as guides in order to lead their employees and reach the yard's goals. This is accomplished through servant leadership and managing of the team. This position is also responsible for implementing operational strategies and objectives to ensure window installation goals are met.
This position directly reports to the Division Sales Manager. The Window Installation Manager interacts daily with all employees and customers. This position interacts with corporate employees, (Central Purchasing Department, Account Management Team, Sales Managers, Human Resources, IT Department, and the Parr Leadership Team) as well as interacting regularly with vendor representatives and industry associates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years prior supervisory/management experience
- Ability to speak, write, and read English required
- Class C driver's license and must have and maintain a good driving record required
- Knowledge of management principles, practices, and protocols
- Knowledge of home and commercial construction principles, practices, and protocols
- Knowledge of window installation techniques and basic window warranty service
- Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to commute and/or relocate

Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership
- Supervise and direct the installation and field service teams
- Identify and respond to the need for personnel changes
- Continually evaluate and, as necessary, encourage change in the policies and procedures related to the installation operations
- Work well with all departments within PARR

- Collaborate with Central Purchasing to align inventory needs with timing of available stock
- Prepare, monitor, and control annual budget for department
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and sales teams
- Ensures equipment operators are trained in all aspects of safe and efficient vehicle use, as well as properly completing daily pre/post trip inspections
- Promptly calls/emails the support teams back when they reach out
- Walks new hires through benefit enrollment and knows eligibility basics
- Works with HR on performance management and employee evaluations
- Hires and onboards correctly and timely with all proper processes and paperwork
- Follows random drug testing protocol
- Reports all accidents/incidents promptly using PARR standard procedures
- Completes preventative maintenance for all equipment in accordance with Fleet Manager guidelines and notifies them of issues affecting fleet safety, performance, or customer support

Working Conditions
The Window Install Manager works in and out of the office. The working hours typically fall between 7am – 5 pm but will be flexed when applicable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work indoors in a normal office environment for an entire day
- Must be able to grasp, talk, hear, and operate a computer and keyboard
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and carry objects 50 feet
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to drive a vehicle when necessary
- Both local and overnight travel may be required
