Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing vital support to our sales and administrative teams. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn our products, services, and uniform offerings.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Learn and retain product knowledge related to vehicle upfitting and public safety equipment
- Gain familiarity with public safety uniform terminology and assist in uniform sales and fittings
- Process basic sales transactions, invoices, and customer orders
- Support the administrative team with general office duties (filing, data entry, mail handling, etc.)
- Schedule customer appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and showroom organization
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn technical product and uniform knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Ability to pass a background check

- Full time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00AM-4:30PM
