Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Program Manager located in Santa Ana, CA. Qualifications
- Experience in project or program management and managing timelines
- Strong abilities in client communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including EMS, and supply chain management
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills to manage project challenges effectively
- Experience with quality management systems and certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, or ITAR is advantageous
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred
- Technical degree in engineering is desirable
