Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.
Key Sub Tasks
Full Time Payroll Clerk / Accounts Payable/Receivable - QuickBooks Online A Must
- Process payroll promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets monthly.
- Handle customer billing and vendor payments efficiently.
- Ensure state and federal income tax compliance.
- Coordinate with external agencies for tax planning and reporting.
- Oversee cash management and accounting procedures.
- Pay: $18-$24/hour, based on experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Efficient and process-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Consistently meets deadlines and maintains attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks Online required.
- Thorough knowledge of debit and credit accounting.
