Tax Manager

Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex business and individual tax engagements
- Advise clients on tax strategies, compliance, and planning opportunities
- Lead and mentor tax staff, fostering professional growth and development
- Oversee preparation of tax returns and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct technical research and stay current with IRS and state regulations
- Collaborate with partners and leadership on firm initiatives and client success
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of public accounting tax experience, including prior CPA firm experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting required; CPA license and/or Master’s in Taxation preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and IRS procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Commitment to high professional standards and client confidentiality
