Parman Energy is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Operations Coordinator to join our team! The primary responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is to provide customer service, administrative, and warehouse assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
Monitors front counter and handles CPU functions, answers phones, greets customers, and maintains visitor log.
Generate sales orders into DM2 for oil, fuel, and DEF deliveries. Scans and forwards all fuel, lube, and DEF sales orders and BOL
