Equipment Inventory Analyst (Full Time)

Parman Energy is seeking an individual to join our dynamic and fast paced Inventory team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for analytics and out of the box problem solving. The primary responsibilities are to support inventory management to ensure that the right product is at the right place at the right time in the right quantity. This position works extremely close to the Loaned Equipment division of our Account Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily management of inventory reorder reports, warehouse transfers for Parman Equipment Services. Enters and receives purchase orders for a variety of procurement functions
Update stock levels and bin locations on a semi-regular basis based on approved recommendations from sales and usage history for all locations
Assists with entry of DM2 product code data for new products
Participates in monthly/quarterly physical counts and inventory reconciliation
Scans procurement documents into Doc Star as needed
Backs up other Purchasing Analysts, Purchasing Manager, and Equipment Service Coordinator as needed
